Terms and conditions of sale
In these terms and conditions and in our Privacy policy 'we' refers to Barghest Trade Ltd, 'you' refers to the customer, 'goods' and 'products' are any goods ordered by you from us through the PetDorado website.
You give us permission to store these data and use them according to our privacy policy. You also accept that entering and sending these informations is done at your risk and we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from this.
By placing an order at our website you agree that all the delivery information is correct and accept that you have ordered the right goods in the quantity and quality you intended. You also accept that should you order prescription only medicines you need to send us an original signed prescription for these drugs from your vet and we cannot dispatch any order containing any prescription only medicines until we received it.You also agree to pay the value of the goods in full using SagePay or PayPal as a payment method and you accept that we have no control over this payment and we have no access to your financial details. We aim to dispatch goods within 7 days of purchase but within 30 days of purchase in any case. Should it be impossible for whatever reason to do this we agree to contact you and you have the right to cancel the purchase in which case a full refund of the purchase price is given.We guarantee to dispatch products in good condition and in appropriate packaging, in case of products with shelf life or use by date we guarantee to supply them with at least 3 months of remaining shelf life, except in cases when the product is by nature liable to deteriorate or we sold the product with short use by date clearly adverised as such.Once dispatched we are no longer responsible for the goods. We cannot be held resposible for the quality of the goods unless you give written notice of the defect to us and the courier within 2 working days of noticing the defect or the time you ought to have noticed the defect.We reserve the right to return these goods to our warehouse at our cost for further inspection before making any refunds. We cannot be held responsible for such a defect if it arose as a result of improper use of goods or any alterations in them or if they have been used after you noticed the defect and posted your notice.
We cannot accept returns on prescription medicines by law, unless wrong goods sent. If you are dissatisfied with other products, send them back in their original packaging and in good condition within 7 days of receiving them for a full refund of price less postage cost. Please note that we don't accept damaged or used goods this way and we cannot reimburse your postage costs unless we sent you wrong products. We can only accept returned goods if they were originally purchased from us. These terms don't affect your statutory rights. |
