Delivery information. We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receiving it or the written prescription. If we cannot dispatch within 7 days we contact you. Please see our Terms and conditions for further details. In practice if you place your order before 5pm on weekdays Monday-Thursday, we aim to post the goods the next working day. If you place your order after 5pm, we post it on the day after the next (we order in missing items from our supplier at 6pm). If you place an order after 5pm on Thursday,or all day Friday, Saturday or Sunday, we post it on Monday. Please also note we are using next working day delivery, so anything posted on Friday will be with you on Monday. For non-food orders the delivery time depends on the posting method you chose at checkout. This is a general guidance, posting times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. We DO NOT have minimum order amounts or low order fees!
We ship all orders over 1kg by courier service (FedEx) which is recorded next working day delivery.Delivery takes place on weekdays only. We aim to dispatch your order within 1 working day, on normal working days. All items are packed in a secure manner. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO DISPATCH ORDERS CONTAINING PRESCRIPTION ONLY MEDICINES UNTIL WE RECEIVED THE ORIGINAL PRESCRIPTION. Returns: 1. If you ordered the right item but we sent wrong one: Please contact us regarding return post.You need to send the item back via Royal Mail First Class post, in case of heavy items we will arrange pick up. We send you the right item and refund your postage cost if any. We can only take back unused/unopened items this way, so please check your item before you start using it. 2. If you ordered wrong item. Please send your item back, unfortunately it is at your expense. Once we received the item in its ORIGINAL UNOPENED state we will refund the cost on your credit card less our postage fee. 3. Returns on prescription medicines. If we sent you wrong medicine please send it back, we will send you the right one and refund your postage fee. If you ordered the wrong one we cannot take it back by law EVEN IF UNOPENED. You can send it back at your cost for destroying if you wish. |
